Privacy notice

During checkout we collect your name, email address and M-Pesa number so we can send the payment prompt and generate your ticket. Payment details are held in server memory only for the checkout session and are not written to a database.

Your M-Pesa number is sent to the payment gateway for the STK push. We do not receive or store your M-Pesa PIN. The payment gateway processes payment data under its own privacy terms.

Once payment succeeds, the ticket PDF is generated for you to download. We do not keep an order history or a searchable record of buyers. Download and keep your PDF immediately after payment.

Email addresses submitted to the pre-sale notification list are stored separately from ticket payments so we can send sale updates. You can ask us to remove your email from that list at any time.
